Laser Questions

Please make yourself aware of the following Parameters, Guidelines and Policies under which the CNC Online Reservation System will function.

Times are reserved in one-hour increments.  There is no limit to the amount of time you may select but as we have done so successfully in the past, let's also be considerate of other users.

1. Allow enough time to shut down and clean up before your time period ends.
2. For efficient machine usage, try and start you reservation right after the previous reservation.
3. The previous policy "that if users don't show within 15 minutes of their start time, they will lose the reservation and someone else may claim it" will continue to be in effect.
4. Whenever possible create TAP files PRIOR to your reservation time.
5. If you finish early, please contact the next user and let them know the machine is available.
6. If you need to cancel, please notify the next person in line so your time can be used.
7. If you have not reserved time using the Online Reservation System and come into the shop and find that the machine is not being used, then feel free to use it.  However, if your machine time runs into a time slot reserved online by a user you are required to immediately terminate your cut and vacate the machine when that user arrives.

8. BE SURE TO LOG OUT WHEN FINISH!
