Monitor Signup Help

You do not need to create an account, You log in using your badge number—every member already has an account..

Instructions

  • In the menu at the top of the page, click Monitor Sign Up.
  • When the login page appears, enter your badge number and click the Look Up button.
  • Once your badge number has been verified, a Continue button will appear. Click it.
  • Scroll the list to find the date, time, and position you wish to sign up for, and select the appropriate item.
  • You may select multiple dates and positions (Floor Monitor or Tool Crib) at the same time.
  • Click any visible Submit button.
  • A confirmation popup will appear so you can verify your selections.
  • Click Submit to confirm your choices, or Change to return and modify your selection.
  • You should receive an email confirmation once your signup is complete.

Changing or Deleting a Signup

  • Signups may only be changed or removed 48 hours or more before your shift.
  • To change or delete a signup, return to Monitor Sign Up and enter your badge number as before.
  • A red checkbox will appear next to any signup that belongs to you.
  • Check the box and click Submit to remove your signup.
  • A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Accept to confirm or Change to cancel.
  • If an emergency arises, contact an administrator using the button on the login page.
