Sliding Compound Miter Saw


1.Pull arm out, then down, and push back toward fence when cutting
2. Do not cut fence when making compound cuts. The fence opening is adjustable.
3. Do not cross arms when cutting
4. Saw locks at common angles. Squeeze trigger, rotate to desired angle, then push lever
down to lock in place. Return and lock at 90 degrees when done
5. Lock miter slide when doing small cuts (using as chop saw)
6. Place straight edge of board against fence when possible. If not possible, put convex side (bowed or curved side) against back to prevent pinching of blade
7. Keep tabletop clear of tools and other objects
8. Clamp round objects or consider using a bandsaw
9. Use stop clamp when doing repetitive cuts
10.Open vacuum outlet before using and close when finished
11.Do not cross arms when cutting
12.When cutting small pieces, let blade come to complete stop before raising it to prevent
small pieces from flying out
13.Laser is not dead accurate. Use it as a guide, not for the exact cut (turn off laser when
finished)
14.you can crosscut up to 11 ¾-(12” if you raise end)
15.When doing compound miters, square machine up when finished
16.Clean up mess when finished
