Equipment Damage Policy
If a member breaks, damages, or destroys any club equipment due to
misuse, negligence, or failure to follow established safety procedures,
the following policy applies:
Responsibility for Damaged Equipment
- The members will be held financially responsible for the full cost of replacement parts required to restore the equipment to proper working condition.
- All repair or replacement costs will be determined upon approval by the Board.
- The Board reserves the right to review the circumstances of the incident and determine whether additional actions or training requirements are appropriate.
