Dear Members,
The procedure for paying the 2021 dues and locker fees has changed to an easier method for both members and the Treasurer. An invoice will be emailed to those who have an email address in our system. For those without email, a hard copy will be sent. If you receive a hard copy and have an active email address, please let us know.
Payment will be made from one invoice for both the member dues and the lockers, with the fee identified for which item it is for.
On line payments will be done with a credit card, if you wish to pay by check, you can mail the check along with a copy of the invoice addressed to the Treasurer at PO Box 5164, Sun City West, AZ 85276.
If you wish to pay at the Club, payment should be in the form of a check, not cash, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please make sure that you put your Woodclub Badge number on the check in the note section.
Dues will not be payable in December 2020. Please wait for your invoice which will be sent on or about Jan 2, 2021. Dues are the same as this year $35.00 – payable by Feb. 28, 2021. On March 1 forward a late fee will be imposed of $10.00. If locker fees are not paid on time before March 1, 2021 you will have to surrender the locker.
